Cora at Roseburg Square
Cora at Roseburg Square is family owned and operated serving a diverse menu of dishes that are cultivated from the lineage of the blended family to include Filipino, Spanish, Italian, Scandinavian, and American. Live plants welcome guests at the entrance and a mural of Tamaraws commissioned by a local muralist. There are warm colors and rich wood textures throughout the space, melo music, regular dining tables and hi-top cocktail tables with barstools, a full bar, a beautiful brick patio with heaters and fans and friendly staff wait on guests. There is also a private room that accommodates 25 to 30 people where the same warm colors and wood textures ensue. It is also equipped with audio visual projector and screen and can house a private bartender. Services include lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch as well as catering services.

A special chicory infused Dark roast blend by local roasting company, Clayton's Coffee & Tea.
The espresso at Cora is grinded from coffee beans roasted by Volente Coffee, a non-profit organization created to provide job training for folks recovering from homelessness. All proceeds from their coffee sales go to the Gospel Mission where efforts are made to help families and individuals find hope, a place to sleep, eat and train for a better life.
Cora at Roseburg Square is woman and minority owned as well as family owned and operated. Owners are chefs and there are 8 family members on staff.
